Not just by designing "beautiful" web applications, but by listening to what users truly need and crafting a valuable experience for them. As a UX Expert, understanding your client's users and aligning their needs with business objectives is second nature to you. You can create a strong and innovative UX concept by applying a range of UX design processes and tools.

Requirements
Your Profile
- Experience: As this position is new to us, we count on your experience as a UX designer, UX Researcher or similar to guide us in optimizing our product.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You are confident in asking questions to fully understand user needs and present possible solutions or ideas.
- Ownership: You take ownership by sharing ideas, exploring new methods, and proposing solutions. You proactively seek new opportunities to improve UBench's processes and improve customer journeys
- Product Management: You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with our Product Manager in a Product-Led Growth company, where your insights as a UX Designer will directly shape our future. You'll play a key role in refining processes and driving innovation to create products that truly resonate with users.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: You keep up with the latest web technologies and design trends.
- User Research and Usability Testing: You are experienced with conducting user research and usability testing.
- Compromise & Collaboration: You're skilled at finding compromises and are comfortable in collaborative environments.
- Creating User Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes: You excel at creating clear user flows, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
- Technical Awareness: You understand and document the technical implications of your designs.
- Figma Expertise: You have an excellent knowledge of Figma or other design tools
- Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
