Are you ready to inspire, guide, and transform organizations towards a sustainable agile culture? Pyxis Belgium needs your expertise to create a significant impact with our clients.
- Scope: User research, persona creation, wireframes, prototypes, and designing intuitive interfaces for innovative products.
- Languages: Bilingualism in French/English or Dutch/English required.
- Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and principles of usability and accessibility.
Your Missions
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
- Create personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design.
- Designing visual interfaces (mockups, prototypes) using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design consistency.
- Participate in user testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD…).
- Solid understanding of ergonomics and web accessibility.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English.
