Company Description
Lapland Explorers Oy, owned by Locals from Rovaniemi, specializes in providing unforgettable adventures to witness the Northern Lights in Lapland. Their small group tours offer personalized attention guided by experts with years of experience in aurora hunting and photography.
Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role as an Aurora Hunter at Lapland Explorers, located in Rovaniemi. The Aurora Hunter will be responsible for leading tours with 8+1 seated van, driving around Lapland from Northern Sweden all the way to Northern Finland and anything in between, and providing guidance on aurora hunting and taking photos of tourists under the northern lights.
Work is seasonal from October to end of March.
We will pay 22€/hour + evening allowance which is 1,28€/hour, on top you will get a vacation bonus at the end of season and free private healthcare.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Photography skills and equipment knowledge is plus
- First aid certification is a plus
- Drivers license is must have
