About The Role

As HR Generalist, you’ll help build and run the core HR processes that keep our team aligned and engaged. From onboarding and payroll to performance reviews cycles and compliance with labour laws, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, with direct impact on retention, clarity, and team health.

Responsibilities

People Operations

  • Lead onboarding and integration for new hires across all locations.
  • Run payroll ; manage time-off, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Own and improve our HR stack.
  • Maintain salary and equity frameworks; support annual comp reviews.
  • Roll out performance reviews, probation tracking, and growth plans.

Labour Law & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies across France, Switzerland, the US, UAE and the UK.
  • Draft and review contracts, policies, and internal regulations.
  • Advise managers and leadership on employment law obligations and employee rights.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and implement required updates.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Foster positive employee relations; act as a trusted point of contact for conflict resolution and workplace issues.
  • Gather employee feedback and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Support social dialogue with employee representatives where applicable.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including mandatory compliance training.
  • Support managers in probation reviews and growth plans.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing at work.
  • Ensure compliance with local occupational safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • +4 years in HR or People Ops roles, ideally in fast-paced environments
  • Previous exposure to multiple employment markets (ideally in Europe and/or the US)
  • Solid understanding of payroll, benefits, and performance cycles
  • Familiarity with labour law and compliance in at least one major jurisdiction (France, Switzerland, or the US)
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.
