We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive and accelerate our data-driven real estate technology platform that transforms how people access and understand property data. In this role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define clear project goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Manage a development team’s backlog - write and prioritise stories, manage the roadmap
• Ensure clear alignment of responsibilities across cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and collaboration
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles early, and take action to minimize or remove them
• Monitor resource allocation and proactively identify risks of overload or inefficiency
• Organize and facilitate Scrum processes (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews), ensuring smooth team collaboration
• Analyse complex business problems, collaborate with engineers, and make decisions on how to solve them
• Sustain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Contribute to the further development of the product vision and help turn it into actionable technical solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in technology-powered product management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and align specialists from diverse fields toward common goals
• Problem-solving skills with proven ability to dig deep to understand the desired outcome fully
• A data-driven mindset for driving product decisions and for measuring success
• A strong sense of responsibility and determination to take ownership of the result
• Proven experience in Agile Software Development
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Technical background or hands-on experience in software development and cloud technologies is an advantage!

Salary:

2000-4000 € net per month.
