We seek a Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Gathering and Analysis of Business Requirements for new and ongoing projects;

• Performing business requirements analysis;

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and propose new solutions;

• Writing Specifications and User Stories;

• Performing user acceptance testing;

• Defining the planning for Implementation of requests / projects;

• Track and report Project progress;

• Managing and Responding to Support Requests;

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst/ Functional Support in IT;

• Good communication skills;

• Experience working in Agile projects and be able work with the development team across all the software development life cycle;

• Good knowledge of programming languages like SQL;

• Be interested to learn the KYC business within Natixis;

• Very good communication in English, both orally and written;

• A track record of following through on commitments.

Soft skills:

• Pro activity;

• Strong attention to details;

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;

• Be communicative (English is mandatory – Level B2);

• Able to work well in a team setting, supporting other developers;

• Be self manageable.
