Project Manager

OSF Digital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a Project Manager who is fluent in German and has experience delivering Salesforce Multicloud projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for expectation management and delivery.
• Own the project, deliverables, and ensure items are completed, communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate resources and oversee the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, update financial forecasts, and recommend budget changes.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports.
• Maintain a centralized tracker for blockers and utilize tools like Confluence for documentation.
• Build and own a mitigation plan for identified risks and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with QA for project demos and address blockers with the internal team.
• Send out client status reports and conduct weekly internal meetings to review concerns.

Requirements:

• Direct work experience in project management, including process development and execution.
• Previous experience in leading Salesforce Multicloud projects.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Extensive experience with project management practices and tools.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to lead development/implementation teams.

Skill Set:

• Strong familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project or Basecamp.
• Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and operational skills.

Languages:

• Fluency in English and German.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
