About The Job
We are looking for a dynamic person that wants to introduce themselves in the IT field. While working with us you will learn and apply knowledge, gain hands-on experience and deliver on assigned tasks, projects and contribute to the internal documentation. Helping our end users along the already established IT team located at Kista, Stockholm. Many opportunities and different challenges await, spanning many technologies and personal growth. We would like you to start from 1st of November.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic person that wants to introduce themselves in the IT field. While working with us you will learn and apply knowledge, gain hands-on experience and deliver on assigned tasks, projects and contribute to the internal documentation. Helping our end users along the already established IT team located at Kista, Stockholm. Many opportunities and different challenges await, spanning many technologies and personal growth. We would like you to start from 1st of November.
Key Responsibilities
- User Desktop and Laptop hardware and software support.
- Desktop and Laptop initial setup along user access for newcomers into the company
- Direct end user support like printing issues, desk office requests and meeting room help
- Network and connectivity troubleshoot.
- Solve IT related inquiries received via our messaging application or in some cases via phone
- IT inventory management and familiarizing with internal IT infrastructure
- Studying or just finished any career with ties to the IT field
- Good interpersonal skills with understanding responsibility, organization and work prioritization.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, networking, IT hardware.
- Understanding of Windows operative system and Microsoft Office suite
- Basics of Networking concepts such as wired and Wi-Fi functionality and protocols like TCP/IP
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while keeping attention to detail.
- Working proficiency in English.
- This is a position at our R&D office in Kista (Stockholm), Sweden.
