STECONFER is recruiting a Construction Manager – Track Specialist / Tender Pricing to join the Global Operations Track department in Sweden.

Responsibilities:

·        Provide support and participate in the definition of work at the construction site, including project planning,

·        Assume the technical function of directing the execution of the work and coordinating the production activities,

·        Support the Project Manager with the information and procedures,

·        Support preparation and control of subcontractors / suppliers / customer price measurement / revision reports,

·        Analyze in detail the technical conditions, maps of measurements, and drawn parts,

·        Search for new business opportunities in Sweden within Commercial Strategy,

·        Support MD on commercial networking within the Swedish Railway market.

Profile:

·        Experience in the Swedish railway sector, experience with Trafikverket and/or Stockolm metro projects (plus),

·        Experience and/or knowledge in Contract Management and railway construction,

·        Knowledge of railway regulation in Sweden (Trafikverket),

·        Certification of track works, welding, and others (plus),

·        Certification of Signal-montor (plus),

·        Certification of Signal Safety Guard (plus),

·        Proficient user of MS Office.
