You will be part of a dynamic and international team of 20+ R&D Project Managers located mainly in Sweden, Poland, and India.
This position is based in Ludvika or Västerås.

You will be part of a dynamic and international team of 20+ R&D Project Managers located mainly in Sweden, Poland, and India.
This position is based in Ludvika or Västerås.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Plan and lead R&D projects in alignment with our portfolio management.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress toward milestones.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support requirement analysis, feasibility studies, solution development, and documentation.
- Collaborate within the R&D Project Management Office to continuously improve processes, share knowledge, and grow as a team.
- University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a related field.
- A few years of experience in project management or technical roles within HVDC, FACTS, or substation automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
