Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UX Strategist based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with some work from home flexibility. The UX Strategist will be responsible for conducting user research, developing UX strategies, performing UX audits, and creating intuitive design strategies. The role also involves crafting product roadmaps and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user experiences and boost conversions.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in User Research and developing UX Strategies
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
• Proficiency in conducting UX Audits and A/B Testing
• Ability to create Prototypes and develop Product Roadmaps
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools and UX design software
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Work experience in SaaS, e-commerce, CRO or digital-first businesses is a plus
