Yıldız Tech’s Infrastructure, Commercial Solutions and Integration organization is seeking a Head of Cyber Security to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive cyber security strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the organization’s information systems and digital assets by establishing and enforcing security policies, managing a skilled cyber security team, and ensuring resilience against evolving threats.

What Awaits You – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses and define mitigation strategies
• Deploy and maintain Security Technologies related to Endpoint protection, Data security, Vulnerability Scan, Application security, Security monitoring and Secure Remote Access.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, minimizing impact and mitigating risks
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate cyber security requirements into system architecture and projects
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices, and advise senior leadership accordingly
• Develop and deliver cyber security awareness and training programs for employees
• Prepare and present regular reports on the organization’s cyber security posture to senior management and stakeholders

What Will Be the Qualifications We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber security, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, standards, and best practices
• Proven experience in managing cyber security teams and initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies such as Endpoint protection, Data security, Vulnerability Scan, Application security, Security monitoring and Secure Remote Access.
