About Dipai:
Established in 2020, Dipai is an innovative Norwegian maritime data analytics company that originated from Ph.D. research at NTNU in Ålesund. Dipai is on a mission to deliver a new data analytics standard in the maritime industry, providing actionable insights for enhanced operational knowledge and improved decision-making powered by vessel sensor data. With full fleet agreements already in place with industry leaders such as DOF, Solstad, and Sølvtrans, we are looking for a Customer & Product Success Manager to contribute and take part in our journey.
Your Role:
As our Customer & Product Success Manager, you will help shape and scale the Digital Fleet Platform. You’ll strengthen customer relationships, drive fleet-wide adoption and upselling, and identify opportunities to create even greater value. At the same time, you will own the development and lifecycle of selected product modules by translating customer needs into clear requirements, prioritizing features, and guiding implementation. You’ll also contribute to product strategy, ensure commercial readiness, and represent Dipai at industry events and key sales meetings. Typical responsibilities include:
Customer Success Manager for selected customers:
- Follow up with and support customers.
- Ensure upselling (fleet rollout) by activating users and highlighting strong value cases.
- Propose tasks to the technical team lead for bug fixes and/or new features based on customer needs.
Product Manager for certain modules:
- Have overall responsibility for new modules, both during development and operational phases.
- Ensure that modules are developed and maintained in line with customer needs.
Commercialization of Dipai
- Actively participate in commercial and strategic discussions about the product and market segments.
- Represent Dipai at trade shows, events, and sales meetings (approx. 10–20 travel days per year).
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Is motivated and passionate about the role.
- Upholds our company values adaptability, reliability, and passion.
- Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Has 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Possesses experience and knowledge from the maritime industry.
- Understands the Norwegian language or is in the process of learning it.
