Job Title: Creative Manager

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager/Director Marketing & CRM

Al Habtoor Motors is seeking a Creative Manager to join our newly expanded Advertising Department. This person will lead creative function, managing visual, design, and content development across campaigns. The role requires a highly creative individual with strong leadership, brand storytelling skills, automotive/luxury brand experience, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative campaigns across digital and 



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of all creative concepts, campaigns, and designs across brands (Mitsubishi, FUSO, JAC, Bentley, Bugatti, etc.).
  • Manage a team of designers, copywriters, animators, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising Manager and Social Media Manager to align creative output with strategy and channel requirements.
  • Translate brand objectives into creative briefs, ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and campaign relevance.
  • Oversee production of creative assets across digital, print, video, OOH, and experiential activations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, visual language, and tone across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, production houses, and freelancers when required.
  • Stay updated on creative, design, and advertising trends in the automotive, luxury, and mobility sectors.
  • Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior stakeholders for approval.
  • Oversee quality control of all creative output, ensuring it meets both Al Habtoor Motors and OEM brand guidelines.
  • Create concepts and theme for product launches, events, product display, activations etc.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire the creative team to deliver innovative and impactful work.
  • Well verse with the adaptation requirements for digital and traditional marketing
  • Able to work on various graphic designing tools and software’s to provide creative concepts
  • Updated with the latest AI trends and able to utilize AI for the deliverables

 

Skills & Qualifications Required

Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of managerial experience as creative lead, preferably in an advertising agency or with an automotive brand
  • Proven ability to deliver creative concepts that drive sales, awareness, and engagement.
  • Excellent management skills; able to lead, motivate, and develop a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative campaigns (digital, print, OOH, video, experiential).
  • Work under pressure and able to manage deadlines by delivering high quality work
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and creative storytelling in UAE automotive and luxury sectors.
  • Always monitoring the competitor offers and latest industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferably to have motion graphics, video direction, or photography oversight experience.

 

Technical Knowledge

  • Design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) etc.
  • Digital creative formats and specifications across social, display, video, and OOH.
  • UX/UI basics for web and mobile creative adaptations.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM creative best practices (ad copy, display visuals, landing page UX).
  • Creative production workflows (print, OOH, radio/TV, photography, video shoots).
  • Familiarity with media formats, ad serving requirements, and campaign specs.
  • Knowledge of creative testing (A/B testing, creative optimization techniques).
  • Brand/OEM guideline compliance and UAE advertising regulations.
  • Strong grasp of consumer journey, ensuring creative supports awareness, engagement, and conversion.

 

Must-Have

  • Proven track record delivering impactful creative campaigns in UAE
  • Experience across both digital and traditional media creative formats.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding are strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates work with automotive, luxury, or high-value consumer brands.
  • UAE Driver’s License.
