Key Responsibilities
Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Provide day-to-day support to staff inquiries in line with school policies.
Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Google tools.
Ensure compliance with labor law and school HR standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of HR or administrative experience (school experience is a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High proficiency in Excel (data processing, reporting, dashboards) and Google Workspace tools.
Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
