To lead client security engagements, oversee operational delivery, and strengthen risk management capabilities. This role blends technical expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership to ensure security solutions are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments for client facilities and assets.
- Prepare structured reports outlining vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended improvements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, regularly engaging with them to understand requirements and anticipate future needs.
- Promote and cross-sell the organisation’s portfolio of security and support services.
- Ensure optimal staff performance and service delivery standards are consistently achieved.
- Oversee invoicing and ensure payments are managed in line with contract terms.
- Lead and motivate the security operations team to meet business targets and objectives.
- Introduce and leverage digital tools, such as CRM platforms, operational security systems, BI dashboards, and AI applications, to enhance productivity.
- Encourage teamwork, professional growth, and continuous learning within the workforce.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate relevant development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with internal health, safety, and professional grooming standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance against KPIs, and negotiate contractual terms where required.
Requirements:
- Background in corporate security, ELV products.
- Experience leading teams and managing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of security operations, risk assessment, and compliance practices.
- Commercially aware, with experience handling budgets, contracts, and invoicing.
- Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and operational management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
