Position: Influencer Manager (Global)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Influencer Manager (Global) to lead and scale our global influencer marketing initiatives. This role is critical in identifying, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators worldwide to strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Candidates with prior experience in Web3.0, crypto, or blockchain industries will be given priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global influencer marketing strategy, tailored to different markets and aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Identify, engage, and onboard influencers, KOLs, and content creators across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and diverse markets (MENA, Europe, APAC, LATAM).
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaign processes including scouting, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (branding, paid performance, regional marketing) to ensure influencer initiatives integrate seamlessly with broader marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards in each market.
- Stay abreast of trends in influencer marketing, Web3, and crypto ecosystems, identifying emerging platforms and engagement models to keep our strategies competitive and innovative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience managing influencer marketing on a global or regional scale, ideally within finance, fintech, Web3.0, crypto, or trading sectors.
- Strong understanding of regional influencer ecosystems and diverse social media cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with influencer management platforms (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ, Klear) and social analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market projects with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and results-focused.
- Previous hands-on experience in Web3.0, blockchain, or crypto industries is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Creative and adaptable, with a passion for digital innovation, social media, and new technologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
