One Development, a leading real estate developer based in Dubai, is seeking a Performance & Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to join our growing team at the holding level.

About the Role

This role is focused on monitoring KPI performance and the overall operational efficiency of our subsidiaries across the group. You will be responsible for preparing executive-level performance reports and dashboards using Power BI, with regular presentations delivered to the Chairman and senior leadership. Arabic fluency and experience in the real estate sector are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance across subsidiaries.
• Prepare detailed monthly and ad-hoc performance reports for the Chairman.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide insights into operational and financial performance.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to gather and validate key data inputs.
• Identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement using data-driven insights.
• Ensure data integrity and standardization across reporting systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Experience in real estate industry is mandatory – ideally within a developer or holding group.
• Proven expertise in Power BI – dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of business performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
