We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our high-performing engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, and a proactive attitude to deliver high-quality code within agreed timeline.
You will mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Designers, and QA to deliver reliable solutions that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and Libraries/Frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, JavaScript, React JS, Java, Rest API, C#) aligned with project needs.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
- Build, deploy, and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5+ years of software development experience
- Experience in one or more backend frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET ) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL, ).
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying technical improvements.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with security best practices and OWASP guidelines.
- Experience working in high-availability, distributed environments.
