UX / UI Designer

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

UX / UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Able to grasp the use case and come up with the task flows in a short span of time
• Drive product solutions that serve the goals of both the users and stakeholders
• Collaborative and understand that co-creating a product with the team and stakeholders will have a higher chance of it being the best product
• Able to find the quickest route to design, test, and ship a design prototype to 'prove' a concept
• Data-driven, with experience in user research, to use data to justify design decisions
• Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate on the design to enhance user experience; Translate user research into design recommendations and findings

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a UX designer, or similar role in digital product teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end-to-end product design and delivery, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning interaction flows, and delivering high-quality UI design
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design for diverse user groups.
• Experience in Agile and UX development environment will be an added advantage
