Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support system implementation projects. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, map processes, document functional specifications, and ensure successful application testing and user acceptance. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and project success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Map and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements to guide system implementation.
  • Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams that serve as a blueprint for developers and project teams.
  • Support application testing efforts by designing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and tracking defects or issues.
  • Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that applications meet business needs before release.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership throughout the delivery process.
  • Identify gaps or risks early and propose solutions to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Provide training or support materials as needed to help users transition to new systems.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Atleast 5 years experience Business Analyst in software or system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation techniques.
  • Experience in supporting application testing and conducting UAT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
