Job Description:
We are hiring for a Program Manager – Post-Merger Integration (PMI) to support a leading Italian manufacturing company through a top-tier global consulting firm.
This is a 3-month contract role (starting mid-October, based in Singapore), ideal for experienced professionals with strong program management and M&A integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO).
- Design and manage the integration plan, governance, and reporting cadence.
- Drive day-to-day integration activities with client teams.
- Support preparation of key deliverables and content for senior stakeholders.
- Act as the key link between consulting leadership (Europe) and client leadership (Singapore).
Required / Preferred Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience at Manager level or equivalent.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
- Post-merger integration (PMI) or M&A project experience. ✅ Mandatory
- Experience in management consulting OR corporate strategy/M&A in a large organization. ✅ Preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
