The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team to complete projects on time, within budget and meeting quality parameters in line with the standards and expectations of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of project to delivery within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance.
• Manage material resources efficiently and ensure profitability of assigned project/s.
• Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions as required on project.
• Ensure high safety and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Experience: 10 - 15 years’ experience in delivering projects of magnitude in private residential building / commercial / institutional projects. At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design, MEP and Contracts Management.
• Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects completion.
• Involved in large scale project with at least $100 Mil.
• Experience with at least 1 local building project with the use of large structure steel span of at least 40 meters.
