About the Role



The role involves business analysis and process design, focusing on the development and implementation of risk-based classification rules and project coordination.



Responsibilities



  • Business Analysis & Process Design
  • Drive the design of TO-BE rules for document examination based on risk-based classification (RBA)
  • Define risk factors, thresholds, and weights for transaction scoring
  • Coordinate with Compliance to validate and finalize RBA rules
  • Develop user-facing materials such as checklists for decision-making
  • Support pilot testing and refinement before go-live
  • Business Deliverable Review
  • Review BRDs, ToBe rules, UAT scenarios, and training materials
  • Ensure documentation aligns with business needs and operations
  • Collaborate with users and vendors to refine outputs
  • PMO Support
  • Plan and track project milestones, schedules, and resource roles
  • Standardize documentation templates and processes
  • Report regularly to senior management and prepare project dashboards
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate user-side tasks for Requirement Definition, UAT, Training, and Go-live
  • Monitor task execution across branches and support issue resolution
  • Prepare progress reports, issue trackers, and management updates




Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in Trade Finance operations and documents (L/Cs, shipping docs, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing banking system implementations or process transformation projects
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and regional teams



Required Skills



  • Strong skills in reviewing BRDs, UAT cases, and operational guides
  • Proficient in English (written & verbal), with excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of AIOCR systems or automation in trade finance and experience with TO-BE / AS-IS process design are a plus.
