- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain secure systems and networks.
- Analyze security breaches and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends, ensuring proactive defense strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOX.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nessus, or Burp Suite.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and network security principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
