About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant with PRO works knowledge to support our growing HR operations. This role combines core HR tasks with responsibilities related to government relations, employee documentation, and compliance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both HR operations and handling PRO tasks in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across departments
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Maintain employee documentation and HR databases
- Coordinate employee communications and policy updates
Manage PRO-related tasks, including:
- Processing employee visas, renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinating with government portals (MOI, MOL, QVC, Hukoomi, etc.)
- Handling labor contracts, medicals, and QID renewals
- Ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws and immigration regulations
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including PRO-related works
✅ Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
✅ Good working knowledge of MS Office & HR procedures
✅ Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and government procedures
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✅ Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
