Job Purpose:
To support the client onboarding process by conducting KYC due diligence, reviewing and validating customer information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, AML/CFT regulations, and regulatory standards. The role ensures the timely processing of client requests, accurate record-keeping, and contributes to continuous improvements in onboarding and KYC practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct KYC due diligence on new clients, including individuals & corporates.
- Review and validate customer identification documents, beneficial ownership structures, and other related documents.
- Monitor client onboarding queues and ensure timely and accurate processing of requests within the given course of time.Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Sales) to resolve KYC-related issues or escalate red flags.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with data retention and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with internal KYC policies, procedures, AML/CFT regulations, and global regulatory standardsTrack and follow up on expiring KYC documentation and perform periodic reviews according to the regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and KYC processes.
Qualification:
- A diploma level from an accredited Institution in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience :Fresh Graduate.
Key Skills:
- Basic Knowledge of KYC/AML/CFT regulations.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet strict SLAs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Effective communication skills for dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English Language.
