We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (AWS) to join us as part of our team.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AWS-based high-load infrastructure while ensuring compliance with PCI DSS security standards. You will play a crucial role in automating deployments, optimizing system performance, and maintaining reliability in a high-scale environment. The role requires expertise in deploying global infrastructure across multiple regions and availability zones, ensuring an Active-Active architecture with redundancy and zero-downtime deployments.

About the project

We are building a next-generation Payment Orchestration Platform designed to streamline transaction processing, boost operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless payment experience for businesses and their customers. Our solution integrates with multiple payment gateways, incorporates advanced fraud prevention mechanisms, and ensures full compliance with PCI DSS and other financial industry regulations.

Team

Engineering Manager / Solution Architect, 1 Tech Lead, 7 Software Engineers, 2 Automation QA Engineers, 1 DevOps Engineer, 1 UI/UX Designer, 1 Business Analyst, and 1 Project Manager.

As a qualified expert You will

• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure for high-load systems, ensuring scalability, security, and availability.
• Deploy applications globally across multiple regions and availability zones, ensuring Active-Active core components with redundancy.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and support zero-downtime releases.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security best practices in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.

We’re looking for you if you have

• 4+ years of DevOps experience, with a focus on AWS, CI/CD, and high-load environments.
• Experience deploying and maintaining global infrastructure with multi-region availability.
• Strong expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proven track record of achieving high availability for mission-critical services.
• Solid knowledge of monitoring, security best practices, and compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Bonus Points

• Experience with DORA compliance for financial service providers.
