DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer - I , you will support the automation of tasks, assist with CI/CD pipelines, and work on basic server deployments and monitoring. This role focuses on building foundational skills in scripting, version control, infrastructure management, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about improving system reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation and Scripting:
  
  

Assist in automation tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell (AS1). Develop simple scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.

• CI/CD Processes:
  
  

Support basic Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes (AS2). Assist in creating and maintaining pipelines.

• System Administration:
  
  

Work with basic Linux systems and networking concepts (DOTS1, DOTS2). Use Git for version control and collaboration (DOTS3).

• Development and Deployment:
  
  

Develop basic code using available frameworks to support infrastructure needs (DOTS4). Assist in deploying servers and maintaining configurations (DOTS5). Work with Docker to containerize applications and services (DOTS6).

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
  
  

Monitor systems and interpret logs to identify potential issues (DOTS7). Systematically diagnose and resolve basic infrastructure or application issues (PS1).

• Collaboration and Communication:
  
  

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs (CO1). Communicate technical information clearly and concisely (SS1).
