Job Summary:

Capgemini is expanding its Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) capabilities in Bengaluru. As the CTI Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with the global CTI strategy. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, daily operations, and reporting, while contributing to threat intelligence analysis and strategic communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Global Head of Group CTI to define job roles and lead recruitment efforts.
• Conduct Level 1 interviews and coordinate with HR for hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and career development of team members.
• Ensure workload distribution and SLA adherence.
• Act as the local point of contact for career-related matters.
• Report team performance and progress to global leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cyber threat data from OSINT, internal logs, and threat feeds.
• Capitalize intelligence within Group Threat Intelligence Platforms.
• Automate threat data collection and analysis using SIEM and scripting tools.
• Investigate IOCs, TTPs, and malware samples to identify emerging threats.
• Support risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Collaborate with threat hunting and incident response teams.
• Participate in tool evaluations and PoCs.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and production mutualization.
• Provide actionable intelligence to business units and CISOs.
• Support executive-level cyber-risk assessments.
