Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CTO to define, implement, and manage the company's technology roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks, providing recommendations to optimize technical processes and enhance innovation.
- Oversee architecture design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Support product teams in translating business requirements into technical solutions and defining project priorities.
- Assist in managing technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscapes to drive technological advantage.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all technology initiatives.
- 4-8 years of professional experience in software development, technology leadership, or system architecture.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/Node.js) and modern software development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API design, and distributed systems.
- Experience in system architecture, database design, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation best practices.
- Understanding of product management processes, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams, with the ability to drive accountability and results.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or data engineering.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product-driven environment.
- Proven ability to scale technology infrastructure in alignment with business growth
