Functional Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Go-To-Market function. Rate card, product understanding (Captain App/ Merchant App), etc.
  • Equipping sales teams with necessary tools, materials, and dashboards to create real time visibility of the performance metrics.


Problem Solving:

  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of GTM strategies.
  • Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize GTM approaches continuously.
  • Adhoc analytics requirements for team’s easy access to look at business performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements or automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyzing data to derive actionable insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making processes.
  • End to end understanding of the data flows & processes to be able to identify gaps, if any.

Interaction:

  • Interacting with the sales teams to understand data use cases & provide dashboarding at an area/ zone & region level.
  • Working closely with the data science & product development teams to align product features with market
  • demands & create tracking for the same. Collaborating with the Marketing teams to efficiently utilize the CRM
  • channel for both captains & merchants, further creating funnel movements for app usage.
