Our client, a leading name in men's fashion retail, is currently seeking a talented Mobile App Developer to join their dynamic and fast-growing IT team. Situated on the outskirts of Scarborough, this role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team to develop and maintain the company's customer-facing eCommerce apps.

- Support, coach, and develop the app team to maintain best practice standards
- Own the day-to-day development of the front-facing elements of the company's native apps
- Continually improve the shopping experience for a wide variety of users globally
- Gatekeep the versions and change history to ensure timely deployment of tested updates and features
- Adopt best practices for designing retail eCommerce apps
- Proficiency in Android app development, with experience in Kotlin and/or Swift
- An eye for design and attention to detail with a focus on enhancing customer experience
- Experience in a similar app development role or a readiness for career progression
- Strong self-organisation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
- Passionate about web design, consistency, and detail
- Ability to react positively and quickly to various situations
- Energetic approach with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Able to showcase design skills through a portfolio
