The Role

This is a hands-on generalist role for someone keen to grow their skills and contribute across a variety of people operations and experience tasks. You'll help us build scalable, efficient processes that support how we work today and where we're going next.

Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Continuously review, improve and automate processes across the employee lifecycle .
- Coordinate routine people initiatives e.g. goal setting, engagement surveys, and performance management.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of our people systems & data.
- Proficient at high-level data analysis to improve coordination and tracking of initiatives.
- Support the team in ensuring up to date documentation of all policies, procedures and training guides.
- Go-to for people queries and inbox, applying basic knowledge of employee relations, contracts, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth administration of payroll & benefits.
- Responsible for designing and executing initiatives that improve employee wellbeing and engagement, for e.g. return to work, ERG support, and in-person gatherings.
- Coordinate on/offboarding: ensuring managers are fully equipped and engaged to deliver a positive experience.
- Actively involved in the design of our EVP, including the launch and embedding of our values.
- Own and support various projects within our People roadmap, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line with our values.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle & key processes; from talent, on/offboarding and payroll, to performance & development.
- Is tech-savvy, you enjoy streamlining processes and problem-solving, having worked with various People tools or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient data skills for analysing and presenting insights.
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of people programmes e.g. L&D, benefits review, and performance management.
- Enjoys keeping up to date on HR best practice & employment law change.
- Experience supporting and coordinating payroll.
- Approaches work creatively, seeks innovative solutions and embraces learning.
