Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead test campaigns in a complex IT environment. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders to enforce testing standards, drive quality initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of IT projects.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years as a Test Manager in complex IT environments.

Practical experience in mobile testing (Android and iOS) to bootstrap and maintain test automation frameworks.

Strong knowledge of banking processes (CFA Foundation or equivalent).

Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including development teams, business analysts, and regulators.

Proven leadership in large-scale IT system migrations (~200 teams).

Skilled in planning and executing test campaigns (FAT/UAT).

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute test campaigns.

Lead workshops to collect and review test cases, ensuring full functional and technical coverage.

Ensure readiness of testing environment and grant access to necessary tools.

Monitor bug resolution and actively support campaign executions.

Plan and lead kick-off meetings, Go/No-Go sessions, and project reviews.

Communicate KPIs and update risk control frameworks.

Respond to audit requests for testing evidence.

Implement and maintain test automation frameworks alongside developers.

Drive change management and quality practices across teams.

Mandatory Skills:

Test management in complex IT environments.

Experience with mobile testing (Android/iOS).

Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python).

Proficiency in tools: JIRA, X-Ray, ALM.

Relevant certifications (ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester, Test Automation Engineer).

Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to design and implement testing processes aligned with organizational goals.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with test automation frameworks and strategies.

Ability to coach and support developers in implementing automated tests.

Strong willingness to learn business processes and ensure product quality.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be domiciled in Switzerland or able to relocate immediately.
