We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GitHub Actions and Python scripting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and migrating CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery of applications across environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Migrate existing pipelines from legacy systems/tools to GitHub Actions.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, pipeline optimization, and environment setup.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance documentation for pipeline processes and automation scripts.
- Ensure pipelines follow best practices for security, compliance, and performance.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions (workflow syntax, reusable workflows, environments, secrets).
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts, pipeline migration, and deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployments.
- Strong understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
