About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AWS Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Amazon EKS, production support, and platform enhancement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and is passionate about cloud-native technologies


  • Manage and support production-grade EKS clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement enhancements and automation across cloud environments.
  • Monitor system health and performance using tools like New Relic or similar observability platforms.
  • Maintain and improve Gitlab CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
  • Apply strong understanding of network fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, DNS, firewalls) to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response processes.
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work effectively within a culturally diverse team, demonstrating professionalism and respect in resolving differences and fostering collaboration.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, especially EKS.
  • Strong background in Linux systems administration and container orchestration.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts: IP addressing, routing, NAT, VPNs, load balancing.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab or similar, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams, with a commitment to resolving conflicts constructively and respectfully.


Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
  • Exposure to security best practices in cloud environments.
