About the role

Are you a talented Graphic Designer ready to make your mark? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our Design Team full-time, with a focus on supporting our growing Marketing efforts.

This is a key role as we expand the team’s capabilities to create high-impact, on-brand assets across multiple channels. It’s a chance to shine in a fast-paced, innovative environment—taking ownership of projects that drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of digital assets for social media, the marketing website, campaign visuals, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to concept and develop campaign creative, delivering solutions aligned with our brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Contribute to promotional and activation materials, including print collateral and out-of-home advertising.
  • Build a sustainable design practice by developing and maintaining libraries (e.g. image and illustration asset libraries) and systems that help our team speak the same visual language while moving fast.
  • Shape and evolve our brand in collaboration with the Design Lead and Brand & Communications Manager.
  • Ensure all designs are visually striking and on-brand, while also exploring fresh, creative directions.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion within tight deadlines.
  • Provide expertise on design trends and best practices to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2-5 years as a Graphic Designer, either in-house or in an agency.
  • Proficiency in Figma—it is a central tool for collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, especially in EDMs, social media content, and web graphics.
  • Interest working in tech and creating assets for product marketing (e.g. feature launches)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and digital design best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in working on US Markets is advantageous

  • An interest in video and animation would be favourable
