AI/ML Engineer

About the Role:

Join Synechron's Innovations Lab as an AI/ML Solutions Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to blend deep technical expertise with a presales edge, building and scaling AI systems, rapidly prototyping solutions, and showcasing innovative demos to our clients—all on AWS.

What You'll Do:

🔹 Presales & Rapid Prototyping: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, craft compelling GenAI prototypes, and accelerate deal cycles with impactful demos and POCs.

🔹 Model Development & Agentic Design: Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models, multimodal models, and design autonomous agentic workflows.

🔹 Production Deployment & MLOps: Architect, containerize, and deploy models on AWS (Sagemaker, EKS, Lambda), build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions.

🔹 Innovation & Collaboration: Partner across teams to evaluate new tools, stay ahead of GenAI trends, and influence product and client strategies.

Who You Are:

✅ Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.

✅ Skilled in rapid prototyping for demos and client showcases.

✅ Hands-on expertise in deploying AI on AWS platforms.

✅ Proficient in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain.

✅ Experienced in agent-based architectures and orchestration patterns.

✅ Able to translate business needs into technical prototypes, particularly in presales contexts.

Nice to Have:

Customer-facing experience (pre-sales, solutions engineering, consulting).

Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and real-time GenAI applications.

Knowledge of security, governance, and scaling considerations.

Proven ability to present technical solutions in workshops or client demos.
