Are you a recent graduate or early-career HR professional looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client, a global organisation, is recruiting for an HR Administrator/Assistant to join their high-performing HR team.
About the Role
This role offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be supporting the HR team in delivering a seamless employee experience, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to key people processes and projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Responding to general HR queries and escalating when needed
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Assisting with employee engagement and communications
- Contributing to cyclical HR processes and ad hoc projects
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple locations
What the Client Is Looking For
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in HR
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and learn on the job
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in HR or administration (including internships or student placements) is highly regarded but not essential
