Human Resources Assistant

About the Role

This role offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be supporting the HR team in delivering a seamless employee experience, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to key people processes and projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Responding to general HR queries and escalating when needed
• Maintaining employee records and documentation
• Assisting with employee engagement and communications
• Contributing to cyclical HR processes and ad hoc projects
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple locations

What the Client Is Looking For

• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in HR
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and learn on the job
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in HR or administration (including internships or student placements) is highly regarded but not essential
