As part of a global group of infrastructure specialists, the IAP team has the experience and expertise at every stage of the project lifecycle across a diverse range of infrastructure and engineering works. We understand the complex challenges in delivering major infrastructure projects. Our Project and Program Delivery (PPD) team strategically partner with our clients to increase their likelihood of success by addressing challenges in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects and programs of work. We provide integrated project management, project assurance, integrated project controls (cost estimation, planning & scheduling, qualitative & quantitative risk management, cost and schedule contingency management. change control and document management), planning and design and, contract compliance and assurance advice using data-driven tools and methodologies and provide practical and reliable project support services.
PPD is currently seeking candidates at the Associated Director level to join us supporting our clients across a wide range of sectors, including energy, water & wastewater, transport, nuclear, social infrastructure and telecommunications.
Job Description

- Qualifications in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical), Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management.
- Experience in a Project Management/Controls/Risk/Planning functions with cost, risk, schedule or change experiences coupled with appropriate skills in procedures for Project Controls implementation and management.
- Knowledge of best industry practice Project Management, Project Controls and Risk/Contingency Management (e.g., RES Contingency Guideline, PMBOK, Total Cost Management AACE, ISO 31000, PMI Standards, etc).
- Recent experience in providing integrated project control (cost, schedule, risk, contingency, change control and document management), cost estimating and/or quantity surveying, and project assurance services for infrastructure projects
- Experience using industry planning, cost, and project management software systems (such as Oracle Primavera P6, Lumivero @Risk, Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, CostX, Expert Estimate, Acumen Fuse / Risk, ACONEX, Microsoft Project MSP, etc.)
- Experience with establishing project details such as the project baselines, performance measurement baselines, key milestones, work breakdown structures and resource planning, project specification and requirements.
- Contract administration and commercial management on capital projects.
