We at Coforge are looking to hire a Google Analytics Consultant with the below mentioned skill set.
Role responsible for advanced Google Analytics 4 / Google 360 strategy, implementation, and analysis, focusing on translating data into actionable business insights spy developing and managing GA4 properties, defining complex tracking strategies, conducting in-depth performance analysis, and guiding teams on how to leverage GA4 to meet marketing and product goals. Responsibilities
- Strategic GA4 Implementation: Audit and Design and manage the overall GA4 property architecture, including event-based models, cross-domain tracking, and linking with other platforms
- Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify user behavior trends, optimize conversion rates, and provide in-depth insights into website and app performance.
- Configuration & Tag Management: Configure GA4 events, parameters, and conversions, and oversee the setup and maintenance of the tracking code through a Google Tag Manager.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data models within GA4 to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate GA4 insights into actionable recommendations and drive business growth.
- Privacy & Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations through proper GA4 configuration and data validation.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance and expertise to junior analysts and other team members on best practices for GA4 utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have at least 7 yr of exp.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, including its event-based model, data collection, and reporting features.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify patterns and opportunities.
- Tag Management: Proficiency with Google Tag Manager for implementing and managing tracking tags and events.
- Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms to understand how GA4 data can inform strategy.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and connect GA4 insights to broader business objectives and ROI.
