The Role


We’re looking for an Account Executive to play a key role in building the client base and driving the growth of a new SaaS platform in the recruiter-tech space. You’ll work directly with the founder, designing and executing creative sales strategies to connect with clients across North America and APAC.


What You’ll Do

✅ Identify, research, and qualify new leads in the tech hiring market

✅ Launch creative, multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, X, email, calls, video)

✅ Manage and expand pipeline activities in Apollo with accurate records

✅ Serve as a trusted advisor during client scoping conversations

✅ Collaborate with the founder to improve messaging and boost conversions

✅ Track and achieve performance goals within the first 3 months


What We’re Looking For

🔹 2+ years in B2B sales / Account Executive roles (tech or recruitment experience preferred)

🔹 Fluent in English (written & spoken)

🔹 Experience prospecting and selling remotely to international clients

🔹 Comfortable using LinkedIn, X (Twitter), email & phone for outbound prospecting

🔹 Creative, motivated, and open to new approaches (video prospecting, personalized outreach)

🔹 Based in Argentina, with reliable internet and home office setup

🔹 Nice to have: knowledge of blockchain, cybersecurity, or emerging tech
