Objectives of this Role:
- Enhance Hives product marketing content output including written, video, graphic and infographic for B2C and C2B markets.
- Develop and implement product marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers.
- Ensure all product marketing materials align with Hives brand values and sustainability mission.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive product marketing initiatives and product roadmaps.
- Monitor product marketing budgets and optimize spend to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
- Increase user engagement and retention through strategic communication efforts.
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing content tailored to our current user base.
- Create and manage comprehensive product marketing timelines, ensuring timely deployment.
- Educate and collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent product messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the teams product marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
- Shape and articulate Hives product storytelling vision and voice for our B2C offerings.
- Negotiate and manage budgets to support large-scale product marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Video/ reel, graphic and infographic production capabilities (with fluency in relevant AI toolings when necessary) would be highly preferred
- Extensive experience in product marketing and development, particularly in the B2C software/ cloud/ technology space.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product marketing campaigns.
- High degree of empathy, with the ability to understand and address user needs and concerns.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to intuitively assign responsibilities and manage team dynamics.
- Significant experience in designing and executing customer promotions.
- Familiarity with web development languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Proficiency in product design, UX/UI techniques and a solid understanding of software engineering or computer science principles.
