Technical Analyst

Role Responsibilities

Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, mobile security, and system design.

Analyze and model APIs, data flows, and integrations for performance, security, and scalability.

Support replacement of legacy SOAP web services with modern REST APIs.

Provide technical guidance on mobile application development (iOS & Android).

Advise on cloud-based solutions and infrastructure with focus on security and performance.

Embed mobile security best practices into solution design and delivery.

Support IAM projects: authentication/authorization flows, identity lifecycle, privileged access management, and enterprise directory integrations.

Actively participate in Agile squad refinement, planning, and review sessions.

Prepare and refine features for smooth, predictable development.

Deliver incrementally in sprints, combining elaboration and construction phases.

Support Developers and Testers to ensure alignment between specifications and delivered solutions.

Act as liaison between Business, Architecture, and Development teams.

Partner with Business Analysts to refine requirements and ensure testability.

Support QA in defining and validating acceptance criteria.

Contribute beyond primary role to help the squad achieve sprint goals.

Technical Skills

5–10 years of experience in technical analysis or solution design.

Strong knowledge of analysis methodologies and technical design patterns.

Proven experience with APIs and integration design (REST, authentication, versioning, deprecation strategies).

Familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies (SSO, MFA, PAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, identity lifecycle management).

Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android), cloud services, and mobile application security (preferred).

Agile/Scrum delivery experience (preferred).
