Senior UX Designer (Investments | Native Mobile & Web)

THE PROJECT

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with strong investments background to join us on a mission-critical consulting engagement with one of our key banking clients in Tallinn.

This is not a back-office design role — you will directly shape how enterprise customers interact with native mobile and web applications in the investments space. Working in a true agile environment, you’ll collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and researchers to design solutions that are usable, visually precise, and backed by research-driven insights.

If you enjoy balancing creativity with structure, applying design frameworks, and guiding others toward design excellence, this role is for you.

DO YOU HAVE... (Must-Have Skills)

✅ 5+ years of native app design experience, with deep knowledge of Material Design (Android) and iOS Human Interface Guidelines

✅ 5+ years building and scaling Figma component libraries into full design systems

✅ 4+ years working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban)

✅ 3+ years applying the Double Diamond model (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver)

✅ 3+ years of UX research & usability testing, translating findings into actionable improvements

✅ Practical experience in the banking sector, specifically investments

✅ Consulting maturity — strong problem-solving, mentoring, and guiding stakeholders

BONUS SKILLS...

💎 Prior consulting experience (4–6 years) in enterprise projects, ideally financial services

💎 Strong communication & facilitation skills with senior stakeholders

💎 Knowledge of accessibility design standards

💎 Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of evolving design libraries & frameworks
