Staff Product Manager (Accounting)

We are partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of its embedded accounting solution. This product is key to helping property managers meet complex compliance requirements while maintaining a seamless financial workflow.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including engineering, legal, accounting, and design to bring regulatory-compliant, user-friendly features to life. This is a fully remote position available across Europe.

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for trust accounting

• Lead user research with property managers and accountants to shape product direction

• Translate regulatory and legal requirements into intuitive product features

• Manage the product lifecycle - from ideation to delivery

• Collaborate with legal and financial experts to ensure ongoing compliance

• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support audit-readiness and clarity

• Define and track product success metrics

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with accounting or fintech software

• Deep understanding of financial operations and regulatory compliance

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions

• Be part of a well-funded SaaS scale-up on a high-growth trajectory

• Lead a mission-critical product in a highly regulated and valuable space

• Collaborate with world-class teams across legal, design, and engineering

• Work fully remotely from anywhere in Europe
