We are seeking a creative mind who is passionate about creating a world-class user experience and ready to innovate. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in a product designer role with a hands-on approach to user research and design. In this position, you will play a key role in translating user needs into intuitive interfaces and visually compelling designs, while collaborating closely with tech and sales teams on product vision. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you aren’t afraid to voice your ideas and deliver the best possible user experience.

This is an opportunity to be the first Product designer and lay the foundation for design and UX processes.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Establishing design principles, standards, and systems
• Gathering user feedback, conducting research, and setting up metrics to monitor design effectiveness
• Translating complexity into intuitive user interfaces improving user experience for B2B end-users
• Creating wireframes based on product requirements
• Collaborating closely with the tech team and participating in product roadmap decisions
• Fostering a user-centric culture and integrating design principles into company workflows

What’s needed for the candidate:

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience
• A portfolio or examples of past work showcasing design processes. Personal projects are welcome.
• Proficiency with the latest design tools
• Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work while ensuring tasks get done
• A proactive problem-solving approach — when required, you’ll jump in to help fix problems
• Champion-level communication skills
• An energetic attitude, excitement about challenges, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment
