About NROC Security

NROC Security brings together world class developers and most advanced technology to help enterprises globally accelerate adoption of artificial intelligence. Together, we innovate what governance and security means for Gen AI tools and LLM-based SaaS. Founded in 2023, NROC Security is a U.S. based company with its development located in Finland, at the Aalto University campus area.

At NROC Security you can shine as part of the best team, globally. Everyone is great at something, and as part of NROC, we are more than the sum of individuals, which creates opportunities for everyone.

Are you our new Principal AI Engineer?

The Principal AI Engineer will be responsible for innovating new features & functionality to the NROC Security solution using state of the art technologies, while ensuring that efficiency and maintainability are top notch. You must operate effectively and reliably to build world class services and complex architectures that encompass modern technologies. You will work closely with non-technical teams throughout the organization to facilitate the design and help implement scalable solutions.

You might have been working with things like transformer architectures, LSTM, Text Generation, Sentiment analysis, CNN, image segmentation, RNN, keypoint detection, k nearest neighbour algorithms and unsupervised learning. You can select the right building blocks, build a pipeline and eventually a customer ready feature set. For the data pipeline, you have experience in acquiring and preparing needed training data sets.

You are familiar with stuff like Terraform, JupyterNotebook or Tensorflow, and understand what it takes to build GitOps and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable ‘plumbing’. In a sentence, you have the ambition and capability to move up from the national league and start working at the global level.

The selected person is expected to work at A Grid in Otaniemi about 3 days a week at least in the beginning to get as much speed as possible.

Please include CV and a GitHub repository link that you can share for us, allowing us to see your superiority in action, especially if you don’t have a long track record with solid references. No need for a long text.
