About the role: A Senior Frontend Engineer at Mobkoi is a hands-on technical expert focused on building high-quality, performant, and scalable web applications. With a sharp attention to detail and an obsession for clean, maintainable code, this role is critical in ensuring that our advertising formats are seamless, responsive, and optimized for the best user experience. The role involves close collaboration with design, product, and backend teams, requiring a deep understanding of frontend technologies, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold the highest quality standards in coding and testing.

Job Summary: As a Senior Frontend Engineer - Experiences, you will focus on enhancing and optimizing the intersection between creative advertising formats and publisher ad slots. Your primary goal is to maximize user engagement through native, responsive, and interactive experiences. By collaborating closely with creative studios and engineering teams, you will develop and integrate cutting-edge technologies that deliver premium, seamless digital advertising experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize User Engagement: Design and implement innovative solutions that captivate and engage end users across all devices and platforms.
• Seamless Publisher Integrations: Ensure smooth and efficient integration between creative experiences and publisher ad slots, enhancing ad delivery and performance.
• Enable Native Effects: Work to create app-like, unobtrusive ad experiences that blend seamlessly with publisher content to improve user interaction.
• Ensure Full Responsiveness: Design ad formats and experiences that are fully responsive, providing consistent performance and user experiences across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with Creative Studios: Work closely with creative and design teams to integrate advanced creative studio technologies into ad formats, ensuring that the user experience remains engaging and innovative.
• Develop and Optimize Interactive Formats: Develop and enhance of interactive advertising formats that resonate with users and drive engagement.
• Technical Integrations: Contribute to the development and optimization of tags, prebid adapters, and other technical components required for seamless advertising delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital advertising, focusing on user experience, engagement, and ad format innovation.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including publisher platforms, ad formats, and programmatic technologies (e.g., prebid adapters, tags).
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and NodeJS. Ability to build components and entire apps using those vanilla technologies.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web application advanced debugging techniques (such as CPU, GPU, Memory, Network, etc.) to create a smooth user experience.
• Ability to drive technical integrations and ensure responsiveness across multiple devices and platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally between creative, engineering, and publishing teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Web components
• Experience in NodeJS server development
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
